You don't. You're using completely wrong terminology and it reads almost like a joke. It's roughly equivalent to "how do I steer a pony with my head?"

First of all, "rip" means to take the data off of a disc, usually optical media like CD or DVD, and into the computer's hard drive. Thus, you rip the DVD or the CD. You don't rip stuff that's already on your computer's hard drive.

Second, DVD Decryptor is for decrypting DVDs (thus the name!) which is needed to rip the DVD. Thus, it simply would not apply to a downloaded file at all!

So what exactly do you want done? Please don't use any terminology you don't really understand, it only serves to confuse us and prevent you from getting what you want done.

DVD Decrypter can only support DVD(VOB, IFO file), may not help you convert AVI/MPEG4 movie. You may find a video converter to help you convert.

I aways use Daniusoft Video Converter to convert video to other video formats as I want. It could convert any popular video formats with Crop/ trim/ effect functions. Also it let you adjust settings to control the file size.

You can free download it here to have a try:

Otherwise, try to search some other ways on http://www.yahoo.com/
