Interesting comments coming from the Republicans- who have done NOTHING the last 8 years to help anyone except themselves.
If you look at the ones who are barking the loudest - take a look at who's pockets they are in. Gee, could it be the good folks that provide a for-fee health care? Imagine that!
Is Hillary's plan perfect? Hell no. But I don't see our wonderful congress (whether lead by a Republican or Democrat) coming up with a plan either.
Should we accept the plan? Not without a little more investigation.
If one would care to do some research on the net or library, one can find out how much money is being dumped into DC by the health care industry to derail ANY type of reform that will cut into corporate profits.
So, while I do not back 100% (not yet anyway) Hillary's plan - it , at least, deserves consideration.
We are one of the few, if not the only one, of the "first tier" country's that do not have universal coverage. Why? And here, I am NOT advocating SOCIALIZED medicine (that is where the government owns and runs the hospitals, clinics, etc). I am speaking about a system more along the lines of Canada. You pay your taxes into the system vice to Blue Cross/Blue Shield or any of the other 1000+ health care plans. Private plans are still available. The clinics, doctors, hospitals are NOT run by the government.
I am ashamed that we, as a country, cannot have medical coverage for over 40 MILLION (40,000,000) of our countrymen. And yet we have billions to give corporations as tax write offs. It is obscene.
If there is a republican (or another democrat or independent) out there with a better plan - LETS SEE IT, or help with CONSTRUCTIVE ideas, otherwise shut the hell up!
I will now get off my soapbox.

It's horrible. Only foolish simpletons could fall for something such as that, like people fall for pyramid schemes and scams.
Hillary's cure for the problem will be far worse than the illness. If the Clinton's get back into power for another 8 years of hell, we'll be finished.

She wants to require people who have private health care to have government sponsored health care. Doesn't make much sense to me.
