"EyeLoveJesus" said it best recently:
A Christian is to walk, talk and act as Jesus..in meekness and lowliness of heart..
Jesus taught us to Love our neighbors as ourself..we are not to belittle another person.. :(
Dear Brothers and Sisters..let us not forget the Sermon on the Mount:
Matthew 5
¶ Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
¶ Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
¶ Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
¶ Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
¶ Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
¶ Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
¶ Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
==============================...
When one says evil against another, "they are not being a peacemaker".. :(
I am an Evangelical and a Fundamentalist Christian.. :)
In Jesus Most Precious Name..
With ~Love~ your "Friend" In Christ.. :)
Godzilla (hypnozilla) did it best: She made a mistake in wording and offended someone. Then she immediately admitted her mistake and apologized. - In the spirit of Jesus that was indeed a "neighborly" good thing to "feel" and do.

For me as a Christian, I walk daily with God by myside, I always want His will to be done before my own. I do my best to be nice, to help others, to show love just as Jesus wants us to do. I share the word to whomever will open their ears and hearts to it. I just try and be the best person I can be that is pleasing to God. I spend time everyday ( even when it is hard ) to be in the word b/c I feel so good when I do so, and there is always something new to catch my attention. I guess what I am saying is I do the very best I can and I can only hope that others do the same. Be blessed...

It means being a disciple (follower) of Jesus.
It means being part of the body of Christ on earth, in other words, fulfilling Christ's actions on earth. As He reached out to outcasts, so are Christians expected to do.
As He sought to glorify the Father, so should Christians.
As He was an "accepter" and not a "rejecter" of persons, so should Christians be. And real Christians (I know, that expressions is almost banned on Yahoo Answers) any way, real Christians, are like that. Those who are not are those who claim to be Christians but are not being disciples or followers of Jesus.

To me it means to take the road not as often traveled like the poem by Robert Frost. It means to strugle everyday instead of taking the easy way out. It means to love something with such a desire that it can't be contained and the love recieved is undescribable. To be christian means to have a faith so strong that no one can take it from me or shake it from its foundation. It means to belive with no proof or evedence other than your own trusting.

Accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior and maintaining a personal relationship with Him by prayers, loving Him and others and asking forgiveness, being real about our sin problems, spreading the Gospel, the good news that God loves us. To believe that he is God who can wake us up after we die. To believe He is who He says He is. To study His Word so that we know when He is communicating with us. To care for others like Jesus cared for us.

To be a good man, not to hate, not to judge. To respect each God's creation. To fight the sin. To forgive. And never ever to say that he is better than those who are not Christians.
Being a Cristian - for me - it's an utter trust in God's decisions.
