I have an extra tooth on the right-top side of my mouth
its the one right to the lateral incisor, its pointy looking and its kind of big, what is it called?

It is difficult to say what this extra tooth is without seeing an x-ray of the area.
Until then, I respectfully disagree with Dr. Albert's premature assessment that this is not a supernumerary.

Sometimes people grow an extra K-9 or DOG tooth. It's called a cuspid.
