It is not surpressive fire, that is a lame excuess. It is not defensive. They are the aggressors without warning.

And we set up the geneva convention, so now we break our own rules?

If it was "GOOD" to kill our enemies, why not just nuke them? it would have been cheaper for the tax payers and would not hurt the oil. which is what they want anyway!

Blackwater, coming soon to a town near you!

and as far as being there for oil being stupid, you need to educate yourself. Do a search on PNAC, see who the members were and are(bush admin) and read the part about U.S. Oil Interest, especialy persian gulf oil!

It also named IRAN and IRAQ! And it was written before bush took office, and ALL of the PNAC documents have been either iniated or completed, step by step to the penny and action!

You people need to wake up!

Because when private military companies are paid ridiculous sums to do sensitive work that's supposed to free up conventional soldiers, people take it for granted that they'll do what they're paid to do. Nobody expects them to act so unprofessionally as to go around on joyrides shooting cars for no apparent reason.

Was the video edited for some sort of political purpose? Possibly. We don't know everything about the video - I've seen it before and been told they were South African contractors. But either way, the reaction to any sort of insurgent attack isn't to lean out the window of an unmarked car and fire bursts at other vehicles driving calmly behind you.

Some people clearly lack the logical reasoning to get it - it's not natural selection and it's not self defense if you do something this ignorant. It's no wonder the insurgency and hatred in Iraq is so fierce - too many foolish contractors and rotten soldiers are figuratively pissing on the concept of hearts and minds, at the dire consequence of their good comrades.

The answer above is correct. The United States has been in Iraq for how long now? They (the Iraqis) all know very well that we do not allow vehicles within 50 meters of our convoys. Those that play stupid are killed. Call them guilty; call them stupid; call them victims - I call it natural selection.

DON'T GET ME WRONG! It is horrible that things like this happen. It's never good for innocent people to die. Just be careful what you believe. That video was highly edited. I would bet my left testicle that the event provoking our guys to fire back was edited out of the video. In one of the clips, I believe I saw an IED detonating, but I can't be sure; it could have just been a CS-Grenade or something.

As for us being there for the oil. You might as well hang that one up. It's the stupidest argument I've ever heard. If we were there ravaging the country's natural resources, I wouldn't be spending the better part of my pay check on gas. Whether you believe it or not, it's cheaper to let the middle-easterners handle that stuff. We do not steal their oil! We do not get special deals on their oil! We are not there for the oil!

Blackwater has not something to do with the protection tension. Their undertaking isn't any different than the Federal Marshals or the secret provider. They escort VIPs in and around the rustic through approval of the State branch. i desire you do not want the protection tension to try this, it is not something extra beneficial than a component and a waste of time for what the protection tension are experienced to do. As for the earnings for the secure practices officers it replaced into authorized overwhelmingly through the Congress which had to contain various Democrats to fulfill the mandatory vote.

Its war. War is chaos. War breaks every rule set forth by civilized people. War and prison that is. Alexander and Caesar did not conquer their worlds by playing nice. Nor will the US win in Iraq if we don't defeat the enemy with a much vicousness as they will come at our people. I want the troops to come home. The only way to do that is to knock Hodgy's teeth so far down his throat, that the very idea of setting a suicide bomb or IED will make him and his next of kin gag.

Want the war over... finish it.
