open my computer, then click "C:", then click "Documents and settings", then the folder thats named what your logged in as, then click "shared". im not shore why thay chose that directory but you can change it in your limewire prefences. make a directory in your "my documents" folder (or wherever you want them saved) and name it shared them move the files from the shared folder to the new shared folder then in your home directory delete the origanal shared folder and one named "incomplete" the incomplete folder holds you guessed it your incomplete files so deleteing it will free up space and it will be regenraded (empty of course) next time you start limewire now set in your limewire prefs the new folder as the download directory. also if you install a program called frostwire then uninstall limewire (and make shure you set the right folder in frostwire to the same as limewire used) then you will have turbocharged downlads and except for some color changes it works and looks like limewire. : http://www.frostwire.com/
also make sure you anti viris is up to date if you use limewire/frostwire becouse its a bit virified lately...

you can't find a file you have on your hdd? is this your question?
TRY opening My Computer, if you have access to folders from your desktop,...click on the icon of your hdd and it should, by all means, show you every folder on it.
if you do not immediately see it,...open program files, find the limewire folder, open it, and look for lib folder.
that should-have what you want.
if this doesn't work......immediately find out in your limewire which folder is your download folder FIRST and then look for your sharing folder.

I can't help past this.
