There's a software program that's sold in Office Depot where you can make your own US postage stamps with any picture you want, using their software. Apparently they're legal, too. It will cost you, though, but if you want it, try it.

The US postal service does not make those; not sure about other countries but I doubt they have Geico anywhere else anyway. See the link below to browse the postal service catalog.
