Protestants the Catholic church has more tools so one can go to heaven. We can pray to Jesus Christ and on his right we ask the saints who are in heaven interceding for use. We live bibe more than you. In any event, it is clear from Revelation 5:8 that the saints in heaven do actively intercede for us. We are explicitly told by John that the incense they offer to God are the prayers of the saints. Prayers are not physical things and cannot be physically offered to God. Thus the saints in heaven are offering our prayers to God mentally. In other words, they are interceding.

I believe that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Their soul is alive in heaven, but the physical body will remain dead until the resurrection in the end times.

I don't think that they are dead. I do think that The Lord is powerful enough that he doesn't need St. Something or other's help to accomplish his ends. I don't think we need Mary's help in order to get Jesus to listen to us. I know that some Catholics would deny believing that, but in practice that is how it works out. Yes I do believe you are judged right away.

Huh? Who said they are dead? Their bodies are, but their souls are alive in Heaven. Yes, when I die, I will immediately go to Heaven because I'm saved.
