Ack, that happened to my baby boy when he was much younger--his toes ended up falling off and he's perfectly fine now. Take her to the vet, preferably one that specializes in birds, and see what they can do. Don't worry--she'll be fine. I couldn't take my bird to the vet when it happened to him, but he was all right. It shouldn't kill her, but she is likely in a bit of pain right now. If you can't take her to the vet for any reason, keep a watch on her and look for some better advice. You may have to bandage her foot. *hugs* Don't worry! Your baby will live--just with a few less toes. :] Lots of birds have lost their toes before, it's nothing new.<3
EDIT: Be sure to put some kind of powder on her toes if they're bleeding also. Flour works, or styptic powder. Even powdered sugar works. Powdered sugar won't hurt her, I even checked on it.
EDIT: No, powdered sugar will NOT hurt her.

Having a broken toe is NOT going to kill your bird~!!!
Bleeding profously COULD kill your bird as they can bleed to death just like humans do.
Toe injuries are NOT a big deal if the bleeding is stopped ASAP (as soon as possible).
CORN STARCH IS VERY EFFECTIVE to stop bleeding and should be kept handy by all bird owners while trimming flight feathers and toe nails/claws/talons.
Your bird will be fine if it didn't lose too much blood. A broken or bent toe is NOT going to kill it. In fact, a pet bird can get by just fine with missing toes. (A friend of mine owns an African Grey parrot which has no toes at all!)
IMPORTANT: If your bird is behaving differently now that it lost blood: puffing up, sitting on the bottom of the cage or refusing to eat or drink, this is due to LOSS of blood and you MUST keep your bird warm until these symptoms go away.
KEEPING YOUR BIRD WARM: Put a heating pad, hot water bottle or canning jar filled with very hot water into a box lined with a towl then cover the top with a towl. Replace the hot water as needed. Make sure to provide water and food and to allow some light to come in.

The only solution is to get her to a vet. Immediately.
This sounds like a repairable injury, but you cannot wait. Imagine having to stand 24/7 on a broken foot. Very painful. She must have this repaired or she'll have problems and pain for the rest of her life.
If you can't take her to a vet, you shouldn't have a bird.
NOTE: Vets are professionals, many own their practice - they are not charities. They have expenses and cannot give away their services for free. You must make an appt and pay your bill like anyone else.
Payment is usually due immediately, or at the end of hospitalization. Some vets will work with people in some instances, extending limited credit, when they're regular clients, or the treatment is costly.
Emergency vets require payment immediately.

Oh gosh, Maybe a damp paper towel wrapped up around it would help, But I don't know, You HAVE TO call a vet, now. I know you're poor, but you have no other choice, if you want the bird to live, you have to work something out with the vet, And don't worry about what that dumb person said about having to kill it, you DO NOT have to kill it. My aunt has a bird who hurt there wing in a fight, it got bandaged up and the bird is perfectly fine today.
Again; DO NOT worry too much. Tell your parents and I'm sure they can help. Comfort the bird with nice cockatail food and some soft towels, email me if you need some help, Ill help you to the best of my ability.

Take her to the vet. There HAS to be some place open. Your bird would want you to cry! Just keep her in a nice warm place [not to warm] if you can not get her to a vet tonight. I am so sorry! I hope she gets better! Can you add a detail or email me with how she is! I love hearing good stories after I read things like this.
Ill say a prayer!
EDIT: You take your bird to a vet, they will 99.9% treat it. You can offer to help out and they will problie treat her.
EDIT: SUGAR WILL HURT HER!

For now, I would rinse it with some water and maybe hydrogen peroxide if you have any (to prevent infection).
She must have either got it caught on something and forced it free, or it was irritating her so much that she finally chewed at it. Does she cry or react when you touch it? If she does, that's good, because it means she still has feeling in it. If not, well...
Other than that, try and find a nearby vet that specializes in birds. If it's an open wound, you'll at least want them to cover it up; all the dust from her food plus whatever material you use for her cage lining could get in there and aggrevate it. Good luck!

well what you can do is make a small cast in a way that you know the bone is supposed to go it will probably traumatize your bird but it would if the vet did it too i know how youe feel about not being able to go to the vet my parents say the only things worth taking to the vet are the dogs otherwise all our other pets we can get for cheap again but they dont realize that i love those pets and dont want to look forward to it dying so i can get a new one but in your situation i would try to make a kind of splint but my dick had a broked foot and she lived a long healthy life and we couldnt get her to the vet and it grew back weird and she was okay but a cockateil i would go with a cast. i hope your bird gets better and i hope her toe heals.

Poor thing. I'm glad you care so much about your bird!!
The same thing happened to my cockatiel. We went to have his nails clipped and the technician accidentally broke his toe. We didn't notice til we were home. We took him to the avian vet (you should too!) and he placed it, gave us some instructions on putting some pain meds in his water, and he was perfectly cured in a few weeks.
Don't panic, but definetly get him to a vet. You can't fix it on your own. Definetly takes a doc :)

A phone call is free. Ask the vet what you should do. They may just tell you to do nothing, but they may say to bind it with a cloth bandaid to a short piece of wood like a broken toothpick to straighten it.
Just give the vet a phone call and see.
