They crossed the border illegally! That is a crime!

The first thing that these people did when they stepped foot in this country was broke the law. The condition by which they are here is illegal in that they #1 are undocumented guests of this country and #2 have no permission to be here (because of #1) which falls under almost every jurisdiction's Criminal Trespassing Statutes.

Another crime that is committed is that they do not file tax returns as EVERY resident of this country, citizen or not, is required by law to do (bearing that their income falls above a certain limit which encompasses over 99% of the population).

Actually, some illegal immigrants do file tax returns, which in that case means that they have assumed the identity of a legal resident which violates multiple state and federal laws including Identity Theft laws, Forgery and Uttering, Perjury (by making false statements on Federal Tax documents), etc.

Then, many of these illegal immigrants drive don't they? Federal Law requires that every state verifies proof of citizenship before issuing any state ID. If they have a license, it is either a fake or they forged citizenship documents to get the license (both crimes of Frogery). If they don't have a license and drive anyway, well that's against the law as well.

Do I really need to go on?

i did not comprehend unlawful extraterrestrial beings have been given blamed for all that? Are you stereotyping a stereotype? Are you a racist racist? i presumed it became into merely an unlawful act, for this reason the reason they have been/are with courtesy sent lower back to their respective international places. All i comprehend is that your perspectives on issues are somewhat slanted in the direction of a ingredient you attempt to make, not a question. the reality of the undertaking is, that is not appropriate what the respond is on account which you have already made your strategies up on what the main appropriate answer is. in case you're against unlawful immigration, you're incorrect. once you're for unlawful immigration, you completely rock, and that i will supply you a thumbs up dude! the key is the interest "unlawful." What happens while some thing's unlawful? That some thing gets busted, sent to penitentiary, sent homestead, put in the canine homestead, and so on, and so on. there is not something racist or insensitive approximately it. this is merely the way it is. You do the crime....you do the time. era.

We've always had crime. Its not the crime to which they are causing or commit, because they will be punished for the crimes they cause or commit. The problem is getting someone who speaks their language so it can be translated to them correctly so they understand what is going on and plea their case correctly.

Some people have lower morals than others.

In the short term illegal immigrants pay into the Social Security system which is almost bankrupt.

They also provide recruits for the military.

The Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors Act, or DREAM Act, is part of the stalled package of proposals that many in Congress are seeking to resurrect. The proposal, applicable to an estimated 750,000 undocumented residents of military age, stipulates that those who arrived in the United States before age 16, graduated from high school, and meet other qualifications could immediately enter the path to citizenship in exchange for at least two years' service in the armed forces.

But not all of them pay taxes.

In the long term Amnesty Will Cost U.S. Taxpayers at Least $2.6 Trillion.

Tancredo, Ron Paul, and Hunter have the most conservative voting records on immigration.

Of these three, Ron Paul has the best chance of winning the Primary election.
Paul's campaign has almost 5 times as much money to spend as Tancredo.

Ron Paul has stated that he wants very strong borders and he was appalled that our government had taken border guards off of our borders to send them to Iraq.

This is his six point plan:
Physically secure our borders and coastlines. We must do whatever it takes to control entry into our country before we undertake complicated immigration reform proposals.
Enforce visa rules. Immigration officials must track visa holders and deport anyone who overstays their visa or otherwise violates U.S. law. This is especially important when we recall that a number of 9/11 terrorists had expired visas.
No amnesty. Estimates suggest that 10 to 20 million people are in our country illegally. That’s a lot of people to reward for breaking our laws.
No welfare for illegal aliens. Americans have welcomed immigrants who seek opportunity, work hard, and play by the rules. But taxpayers should not pay for illegal immigrants who use hospitals, clinics, schools, roads, and social services.
End birthright citizenship. As long as illegal immigrants know their children born here will be citizens, the incentive to enter the U.S. illegally will remain strong.
Pass true immigration reform. The current system is incoherent and unfair. But current reform proposals would allow up to 60 million more immigrants into our country, according to the Heritage Foundation. This is insanity. Legal immigrants from all countries should face the same rules and waiting periods.

The NAFTA Superhighway might be another significant threat to American borders.

I'll be kind and say most is based on ignorance because that is what they had to do to survive in their OLD country. The rest do it because it is an easy way to make a buck. Or simply because they are mean and evil people wanting to do harm.

You get soe crime in any large group. The undocumented immigrants are no more likely to commit crimes than most groups--and far less likely that the anti-immigrant groups like the KKK and the Minutemen.
