let the other person kiss you pay attention to how they kiss. try to kiss like the person that just kissed you because people usually kiss how they like to be kissed so being a good kisser dose not mean having a good kiss but kissing the way the other person likes to be kissed

Good kissing is not a matter of sex, so I do not know why you said you are a girl. Anyways, try and go with the flow, if you are all tense, you won't be good. If you relax...you'll be good :)
