My cat is an orange tabby. His name is Tator. He was my b-day present in '03. He is the biggest and most lovable cat I have ever owned. He weighs 25 lbs. He loves to sleep on the headboard of our bed at night. when he wants down he jumps on us. We've had him four years but it still startles me to have a cat jump on my stomach in the middle of the night especially one as big as Tator.

My favorite cat was a grey/black tiger cat. Her name was Rolly (she died when I was 12). My second favorite cat just passed away just under a year ago at the age of 15. She was a long-hair calico - a beautiful, gentle, not the smartest cat on the block, but very sweet. Her name was Athena.
I didn't think I wanted another cat after Athena. But I adopted one from the Humane Society back in May - and he's definitely captured my heart. His name is Jack Jack. I think he thinks he's a dog...

Snickers had to be my absolute favorite cat. She was a tortoise shell. Mainly black and red with orange and maple on her belly.
The only cat I ever met that could out talk me. Snickers would sit at my feet and I would say something to her, she'd respond and the next thing I know we're having a conversation. She didn't prance or get vicious or rearrange herself a million times in my lap.
She always seemed to know the second I was going to walk through the door because she'd sit on the highest point nearest the door and stand up on her hind legs when I came in. It was so precious. Then I'd walk over and put my hands on her shoulders and she'd wrap her paws around my neck. Pick her up and immediately go to the couch for a convo and a scratch session. She kept my feet warm at night. She would comfort me when I was upset by sitting in my lap and rubbing her face against mine and purring.
She was almost...human in some ways. I miss her a lot. My roommate left the balcony door open and she jumped over the railing. She survived a three story fall but I could never get close enough to her to get her back in the house. Thankfully she still had her claws and was spayed. I think she ended up taking residence with another family in the neighborhood and I moved shortly thereafter.
Constantly on a search for one just like her.

It was my cat Charlie. He was the best thing my former boss every gave me at that job!!! He loved to "bonk" by that I mean take his head and come up to you and bump his head against your head or stand on his back feet and bump or "bonk" into your hand to get a pet. On rare occasions he would get a Lays potato chip. I guess he liked the salt. It was a rare treat but he loved it and he loved me and my family. He was always patient with the children even when my children were a bit rough. As toddlers and young boys sometimes are. He didn't care, he loved them. I had him for over 17 years and will never forget him. Although I have a very special kitty now, Charlie will always hold a special place in my heart!!!

I have four cats at present - in total I have had 11. I think that the one I have loved just that bit more than the rest is Dylan, who was a skinny and very timid young stray who hung around my house for over a year, during which time I would leave out food for him and very slowly and gradually gained his trust. Finally, I caught him and got him to the vet who neutered him and from that day nearly fours ago we have never look back. He moved in and seems to be utterly devoted to me. All my cats are friendly and affectionate but he seems to gaze at me with real love in his eyes.

My favourite is my Devon Rex, Camus (he is my profile pic!). His name is pronounced kah-moo. I love him because he is a velcro cat...he is literally everywhere I go, wanting to be loved and hugged, and spanked (don't ask, he has developed strange habits with the addition of his new cat tree). He is the most dog-like cat I have ever owned and I cannot imagine a night without him curled around my neck and sneezing in my face at 4 in the morning.

I don't know about favorite, because I have loved all my animals, but atm I have a calico female named Macie(my friend has her sister named Gracie) She is an odd cat. But she keeps us entertained. She used to be very anti social, but got herself locked in a drawer for almost 6 hours, and since then, has been extra loving....

Of my two cats, I'd have to say Bostet is my favorite. She is tortoiseshell and super smart (she can open the cat food container). Bostet is named after the Egyptain cat godess Bast(et) based on the first way I heard it. My dogs are terrified of her, soon as she arches her back, they run away from her.
