ive been going to the gym quite regularly over the past month and have lost about 3kilos (down from 57 to 54) ... my stomach is still not flat and my thighs still not really thin enough... but other areas (such as my arms and chest) have lost weight.
i do a variety of cardio and weights at the gym. is it time to start toning up, as opposed to trying to lose weight through alot of cardio?
also, any ideas on how i can really make my stomach flat?
