Hello:

How about a nice dessert such as brownies, cookies or cupcakes? If you don't have time to make them, you can always buy dessert from your local grocery stores! ;-)

Sounds like plenty to me. Don't forget fresh grated parmesan cheese for on the pasta.

I'd suggest not putting the salad dressing on, but take a couple different types, so people can choose their preference. Besides the items that come in the "bagged" salads, you could have small containers with red or green pepper, green onions or red onion rings, croutons, carrots, celery, cucumber, and any other fresh veggies that you want - like broccoli or cauliflower or mushrooms. That way if any of your coworkers don't eat meat sauce, they can make one heck of a good salad for their entree.

Enjoy your meal with your coworkers.

that sounds like a filling meal to me! I love a good pasta meal! Maybe some home-made cookies or brownies to finish it off. =)

I would pair a salad with a light vinegarette or italian salad dressing. It's easy to throw together, and you can buy a huge bag of it and throw it in a bowl!

you have a complete meal, but if you wanted to add something, I would add something that would cleanse the palate, such as cold fruit, maybe applesauce and cinnamon, or spice dapples, or some fresh cut pineapple

some kind of desert would be nice. anything chocolate or fruity goes well with what you're making.
