i am 5'5" 95 lbs and i would like to know how many calories a day i would need to consume to maintain this weight. also how much exercise i should do.

also:
i have a small frame
i am 16 years old
what foods are good for maintaining this weight

are u worried that u might lose too much weight or are you worried about getting fat? =/ if u want to keep that weight eat 2,000 calories aday and make sure you run or exercise or something too!

You are too small. You need another 20 lbs at least. If you get sick, you will need fat reserves to survive. 2000 calories/day is the normal number of calories for a woman your size.

oh please, just focus on your health, not your looks
avoid unhealthy foods, eat lots of fruits and veggies, lean meats, whole grains
get twenty minutes of cardio five times a week
lift weights
ride a bike
swim
