If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU7JN

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

well since it is in a grocery it is edible and here in the Philippines and various countries it is quite a delicacy and there are many recipes that you can make out of it. here in the philippines it is known as "chicken feet" and it is spicy yet tangy but its only like eating fried chicken but only the skin...it's quite delicious..
here is the recipe:
1 pound chicken feet/paw
1 marinade/any flavor
1tsp of freshly ground pepper
1 packet of tomato sauce

instructions:
1) clean the chicken
2)marinade it for at least 30 minutes in any marinade
3)get a pan (something like for making flapjacks)
4)pour the tomato sauce then place the chicken in the pan
5)evenly spread the chicken then when the skin is roughly red or orange put it into a serving plate
6)add pepper and other spices
7)and enjoy!
^_^mmmm....yummy!

Were they labeled 'chicken paws' and in the meat department of the store, or were they a candy in the candy section. I've seen chicken 'claws' in the meat department ... they are a 'delicacy' to many Thai people. As for 'paws' ... chickens don't have 'paws' but they may make a cute Halloween candy.

When you are raised a poor country boy as I was you would know about chicken feet. It was not one of my favorite and so was chicken fries. james h said a chicken does not have balls, if that was true than there would no more chickens. Have you not seen in some restaurant turkey fries, does you know what they are. A rooster has two as most males do, if they are cut out you have a capon which is a neutered male or rooster. So straighten james h out for making a dumb statement.

If they were sort of scaley and had three projections and claws on the end, they were chicken feet. How did you imagine that chickens get around and scratch for their food?

If they are thoroughly washed, you cook them with a chicken. They add a lot of value to chicken soup. Before you do that, you take a look at a dim-sum menu at your local Cantonese restaurant. They usually serve them with a tasty sauce.

Chicken Feet! My Filipino friends call them "Adidas" or something similar and basically you remove the claws, and cook them in whatever way you want and eat them. Not surprisingly I think they taste like chicken.
