YES. Do this.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Add a pound of cut-up chicken breast, cook and stir 5 mins or until cooked through.
Add 1 can (14oz) of chicken broth and 4 tsp soy sauce. Bring it to a boil. (won't take long!)
Stir in 3 cups of the veggies and 2 cups of Minute rice (uncooked). Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 5 mins. Stir before serving.
That's a kraft foods recipe that I use when I need to cook something quick. It's one pot and only takes about 15 minutes, start to finish. You could add a salad or some kind of bread on the side.

All you have to do is put a little oil in a deep non-stick pan or Wok.
Try adding a little onion or garlic if you like it a bit more spice.
Once the oil is hot, throw your veggies in and start stirring them around so they don't burn. I find that using 2 wide spatulas is very helpful. When the veggies are tender, add some Soy Sauce (careful as most Soy Sauce brands are quite salty. You don't want to add salt without tasting the food first).
Stir around a bit more, and finish off by adding some Ketchup. I am not too fond of ketchup but followed the recipe anyways. The combination of sweet and sour in the ketchup add a delicious finishing touch to the food.
You can serve the veggies with rice, noodles or just by themselves.

Sounds good. Just heat some peanut oil in a wok or open type pan. Stir often. To season, you might want to just add a little soy sauce or mix some cornstarch in water to add to the veggies. Make sure you cook the cornstarch in the veggies until it turns clearish - that's when it's cooked. Or if you have a bottle of teriyaki sauce, add some of that when the veggies are almost cooked.
If you want to add beef, pork or chicken with the veggies, slice it thin. After about 3 minutes of cooking the veggies, push them up the sides of the pan, add your meat and stir fry that for about 3 minutes. Then add your sauce and combine all. Serve with steamed rice.

Try a Malaysian dish! 'Choi' is tasty and quick to make. 2 - 5 leaves or one head of bok choi, pak choi or chinese cabbage (plain greens can be used if nothing else, just cook longer) two handfuls of baby spinach leaves beansprouts, washed and cleaned One small onion chopped and diced 2 - 3 cloves of garlic (as you prefer to taste) vegetable powdered stock (bouillon powder) white pepper Noodles (serves 2 -3) Heat some oil in a pan. Cook the noodles as directed in another pan whilst you wash and clean the veg. Chop the garlic finely and fry in a pan with the chopped onion. Throw in the Pak Choi or large greens, slightly shredded. Add the beansprouts.Whilst these are cooking through, throw in a little white pepper. Put the spinach in last and cook until it wilts. do not drain the liquid from the pan produced whilst the veggies cook - you'll need it as the sauce liquid. Add a liberal sprinkling of bouillion powder over the cooking veggies. You will see that this thickens and creates a thin sauce in the pan. Throw in the noodles when cooked and mix them in. Heat the whole stirfry for a minute or so more, and serve.

Oh girl I make homemade stir fry all the time!! I cut up chicken and saute it then add strips of fresh bell pepper when the chicken is almost done. I try to buy fresh broccoli and carrots to put in it (you can also get cauliflower since you mentioned it, as well as fresh mushrooms, but i don't). Sometimes I can't buy fresh though and buy frozen. I also like to add snow peas and fresh green beans. I saute it all together, make sure it is cooked throughly.
I add a stir fry sauce made by kikkoman and it is sooooo good!
Good Luck!
