You may have a mild allergic reaction to something but it might not be the vitamins, it could be something in the formulation or something else entirely. If you are taking megadoses all bets are off though. Changed your brand of shampoo? Conditioner? Laundry powder? Soap? Skin cream? Clothes? Bought a new watch? Ear rings? Some people are sensitive to nickel which is in some of the alloys used in watches and keeper ear rings.

Ordinary multivitamins in low doses probably harmless. Maybe change the brand you use and see what happens.

I am having this same problem!! I thought I was going to lose my mind last night! I was itching everywhere! The palms of my hands, the soles of my feet, under my arms, in the crease of my arms, my ears, and the back of my scalp. I was so worried about this nonsense that I started to do some research today while at work, that's when I came across this... I recently started taking an iron supplement that's the only change to my diet... I'm going after work to get Benadryl even though that stuff makes me sleepy and groggy the next day, I don't know what else to do...

It's possible that you have an allergy to one of the ingredients. Stop taking the vitamin and see if the itching goes away.

Perhaps. Read the ingredients label: Even if the vitamins don't bother you, there might be something in the base used to form the supplement.

Dander is the biggest reason you are allergic to your dog. I am allergic to cats and clariton works grate for me. But to help With the problem make sure your dog is bathed regularly and they another little trick that might help is to wipe them down with a baby wipe when they come back inside. it can help remove any allergens that they bring in on there fur from outside.
