It looks something has bitten me, only it is all over my stomach, behind my knees, in and around my armpits and on my scalp. It is dreadfully itchy!
Is there any relation between resuming meat consumption and this rash?

Sorry, not just red meat but rather all meat in general.

I really doubt that it's related to eating meat.

Well, meat does contain hormones in it. That's why I buy organic so there are no extra hormones added to it. Best way to know....eliminate the meat again for two weeks. Then after that, add back one type of meat, such as chicken, and see if you have a reaction. Do this for three days. If nothing happens after three days, add another kind. Keep doing this until you have a reaction to one of them and you'll know what the culprit is. Now, if you break out after the chicken (which I personally can't eat), then you'll have to start all over. Wait two weeks again and then try beef.

You might have developed an allergy to meat or used something on your meat that you have an allergy to but i dont think that is likely, you probably just got into something

Oh dear.

Yes, it is possible. I have a friend who can't eat any meat because of allergies. It's hard for her because she used to enjoy steaks as much as the rest of us carnivores.
