AT least I think it's a hamstring. It hurts like it's a pulled hamstring.

The calf is the lower part of your leg and the hamstring is in the top part. Either way, 15 minutes cold followed by 15 minutes hot compresses for the next 4 days or so until you can move it comfortably for extended periods of time.
