IM STRONGER THAN A LOT OF GUYS IN MY WEIGHT LIFTING CLASS AND MY ARMS ARE REALLY REALLY THIN. AND THEY HAVE LARGE ARMS.

IM 15 YEARS OLD 5FT 8IN AND I WEIGH 135 POUNDS AND MY LITTLE 10 YEAR OLD SISTER HAS ARMS AS BIG AS MINE AND IM A GUY.

AND ALSO MY LEGS ARE REALLY SKINNY. ITS SO EMBARASSING THEY LOOK LIKE TOOTHPICKS AND I DONT WEAR SHORTS FOR THAT REASON.

THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS.

WHEN I WORK OUT I GET STRONGER BUT I GET NO MUSCLE SIZE INCREASE WHAT SO EVER.

THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS I DONT GET MUSCLE FATIGUE. ITS REALLY HARD FOR ME TO GET MY LEGS OR ARMS TIRED.
EVEN THOUGH I WORK OUT WITH HEAVY LOADS OF WEIGHTS USUALLY ABOUT 90% OF MY MAX.

DO YALL HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE EM BIGGER?

I'm also 15, i can't even bench an olympic class bar, but my legs are like trees and I can leg press 550 pounds, just start small with upper body strength building and work your way upp.

5 lb weights and push ups are a good starter

curls with the 5 and 10 lb free weights do wonders

Some of it is genetics but give it time.

When I was fifteen I could bench 235 and I only weighed 150. I looked like a stick at 5' 11" but I worked out with the guys on the football team.

Chances are you'll never be HUGE but your metabolism changes as you get older and you'll find it easier to bulk up in your 20's and 30's. I'm 33 now and 220, probably only ten or fifteen pounds of it is fat, a little beer gut.

So don't give up hope, and keep working out. Honestly, once you get closer to 18, you could try protein shakes. They help you build muscle too. Probably not a good idea at fifteen though.

Good luck!

No suggestions on making your muscles bigger, but just a throw-out piece of info. Some girls dig skinny guys who still have all of the perks of the muscly mohemeoths rather than the actual thing. Embrace individuality & difference.

I think that u have skinny arms because you have no fat in them. You control youre eating and other guys have them because theyve eating before becoming strong and the fat arms there with muscle and fat.I have skinny legs and arms and im strong and other people have fat arms and legs and strong too but get tired easily. So your lucky to be that way.Too bad it's emberrasing but if you want to get big arms you should probably eat more..

Relax: A lot of guys your age are a bit on the skinny side. Your muscles will start swelling out soon.

Or it could be that you are a bit bigger than you perceive yourself to be. I think I'm a bit flabby though not really fat, but I have friends who tell me I'm skinny!

Its genes and age. i was like that too. It doesnt mean you have BAD GENES like someone said earlier. Trust me people would rather be skinny that fat. But yeah...your really young and i bet your metabolism is really high. i used to be like that...shoot..im still like that. i can eat a 4x4 animal style and animal fries and a drink and after two hours ill be hungry again. So dont worry dude. youll grow out of it. try taking some protein supplements...like creatine... healthy and safe stuff... dont be stupid and try steriods or other sh*t like that. youll ruin your health. Trust me, its proven.
Some people are meant to be skinny. like wide receivers... that can get really cut...but they cant become the size of a linebacker. Trust me dude. just get really cut and get a nice 6 pack. and girls will be all over you

Eat more 'cause it'll help you bulk up. Especially protein. But eat healthy at the same time.

But maybe the problem is that you're just naturally thin.
