They are both crazy, but as far as I know the followers of Scientology haven't blown anyone up lately.

If RS posts are any indication, probably atheists and Christians aren't smart enough to apply for crazy.
I don't know about Scientology except that L. Ron Hubbard used to write a good fiction yarn.
The Muslims on RS are certainly more intelligent than atheists and Christians. Probably even as intelligent as Buddhists, Hindus and Taoists.
But I can see how an atheist or Christian might think they're crazy. Intelligence often appears insane to those who can't figure things out.

The people of scientology, as a whole, are just a wee bit off.
The Islamic are generally sane, save for the few who go and blow up people. They get negatively stereotyped too much.

Scientology is wacky, I mean "religion" and "science" are opposites, they cannot be conjoined anymore than the + and - of a magnet.
That said, no belief system on the planet, and maybe even the universe, touches the absuridity of Islam. This is a religion which takes the "us against them mentality" inherent in religion, and militarizes/weaponizes it! What a freak hate parade this pestulance is...nothing touches Islam...Islam tops it all.

Well, I respect Islam greatly (as I do all major religions, by the way) and don't think of myself as crazy. Nor did I think of myself as crazy for the 20-plus years I was a declared atheist.

I'm not likely to be blown up by a Scientologist (at least until they have enough people to spare), so I'm going with Islam.
