I know some people have a hard time losing weight but I have the opposite--- I recently lost about 10lbs because I was sick and on antibiotics. I would like to put about 5-10lbs on but in the right places--- like esp in my butt and thighs--- any recommendations?
My typical day for eating:
-2 eggs in the mornins, aotmeal & glass of milk
-lunch at work 12-2pm usually a 6" sub turkey sandwich, pasta, burger, or chicken caesar salad
-around 4-5pm an apple or chips or nuts or chocolate to snack on
-7-8pm dinner at home - usually potatoes with some kind of meat and side salad or pickles or beets
-10pm+ sandwich or veggie snack or other snacks
I feel like I'm eating alot... and I'm not gaining -- I dont know if i can force myself to eat any more i might throw up lol... am i eating the wrong things???
