I've just been having a tough time lately with a relationship of all things, and I've been praying a lot, but really what I ask for is not along the lines of ending world hunger, help for the sick, just sort of selfish emotional stuff, but the more I ask for help from God, the more my problem is getting resolved and the more I see and understand about the situation and I feel kind of bad because I really have nothing to complain about in the grand scheme of things and I feel that maybe I am getting too much help considering everything else that is going on? I know people who ask for help all the time, real help like with kids and mortgages, and I guess I'm surprised that what's important to me God may think is important too.

Think I'm nuts, huh? I can't explain it but everything I've asked for, I've gotten, and I'm not the usual basket case that I can be given how insane my situation is right now. I'm thankful, I'm grateful too.

Wow, that's quite a record, ...pray that I will win the lottery.

Seriously, we all pray the way you do. Sure we should be concerned with world hunger, but have you ever prayed the Lords Prayer?....."give us this day our daily bread''" Who do you think "us " is in that sentence.?

One day I had a very important meeting with a person that demanded punctuality. I was running late. I could be on time if I did not have trouble finding a parking place. I prayed for a parking place near the building where I had the appointment. I determined that I would circle the block until something appeared. As I approached the building for the first time, a car right in front of the building pulled away and I was able to move right in. There was an hour and a half left on the meter too. I was on time for the appointment.

Some people would say that was a coincidence, I say it was an answer to prayer. The Bible says "pray without ceasing". Of course that doesn't mean to pray 24-7, but be in a constant state of prayer. That is what I try to do..

Sometimes we ask God for things and when we get them, we forget to thank Him. I think thanking Him and praising Him for all that He has done, is very important. God Bless You.

to ADONAI no part of our lives are trivial.
HE answers prayers so that we will thank HIM and
keep asking.
HE always cares and that is why HE sent YESHUA.
thank HIM in praises and let ADONAI know how
much you appreciate the answer.
pray for others too!
