assumes that evolution on the microorganism scale is indeed fact? If so, and by extension, if ALL scientists were Christian, many diseases would never have been cured and the cure for many diseases in the future will never be found. Do you understand the question?

I believe a true Christian scientist would move heaven and earth to find a cure for a disease. Even to the extent of assuming that the evolution on the microorganism scale is indeed fact.

What so many people fail to understand is our belief in God and our salvation experience has little or nothing to do with evolution. We have accepted what has happened to us as fact, and all the things that we don't understand, God will explain to us , someday,if we think it is still important.

I know this concept is hard for you to understand or accept. I understand your dilemma. And I will pray for you.

The answer to this would require a search into the Christian Science bible and writings to see what the actual word is. However, i would say no they would not work on curing a disease if 'science required'. One example I know of this is Jean Harlow, when her kidneys failed she died of uremic poisoning, but her parents' faith kept them from using the science of 'dialysis'.

Chances are that they might refuse since they accept creation over evolution. For them to work on a cure it will have to "POOF" appear in front of them.
