Can you get a marketing job with A/B without a degree? Will they consider a combination of education and work experience?

It is possible to get a job with them without a degree, but it is much more difficult.

They do perform extensive background checks, and they will interview you thoroughly. There is a large amount of competition for jobs like this, as everyone thinks it would be great to work for a beer company.

It won't hurt to try, and if you really want the job, make sure they know it.

Good luck!

You need a mechanical engineering degree to apply for a supervisory position... they have plenty of General Technician and Production Technician jobs that don't require a degree. Best of luck.

Can anyone tell me if you can still get hired as a seasonal worker at AB if you have misdemeanors on your record that's over 13 years old? Or, do you need a clean record ?

Dont see why they would require a degree. But I could be wrong. education and work experience mean a lot more.

My guess is no.

And if you lie on your application, they'll find you out in a flash. All major corporations employ information and credential verifying services to check you out. Too many liars out there; they don't trust anyone any more.

Most of their postings will take a BA, but they tend to want Master's.
