When you wanna go back a page; the "back" key (top-left corner) is it called a back key? back arrow?

I draw on "rate my drawing" & I'll be asking this question; "do you ever run the "mouse" & hit the "back arrow" key & erase your artwork?" -Is that the best way to ask or what is? are there other names besides "run" & "hit"? is there another name for the "mouse"? how would I ask this so people understand me & not just laugh or mis-understand me? -thanks for all your help.

This is the way I'd phrase it.
“In IE7 have you ever mistakenly clicked the back arrow and erased your work?"
