I have known that in all the other countrys in latin america and Europe they allow a gay relation between an adult and 16 y.o. if the 16 y.o wants is allowed for the low.
I would want to know if all the 50 states have forbiden a gay relation under 18 or is there one state where be legal a relation with 16 y.o. and and adult?

I can not comprehend how your culture have to call "sex ofender" to some one in a love relation where both guys love the relation.
Its,imposible one people from Latin American could understand as "fair" to have to blame always some body just for love?!

In Europe and Latin America the sexual consent age is between 13 to 15 y.o.

The beauty of an under age gay relationship is who the hell do they charge? With two guys or two girls, who is the sex offender? In a straight instance the guy is blamed by default, when you're both guys... LOL It just doesn't really have any way of being decided, I say you would end up being off the hook, no judge can place blame in such an unbiased situation, unless you both are sex offenders in which case, call the newspapers and the HRC because thats some phucking huge news and I'm sure that would blow up in the media.
