I always add the BBQ sauce after the meat is tender.
Simmer the chicken (or ribs) in a tiny bit of water, just enough to cover. When the meat is very tender, take out of the simmering broth and put on a platter. [If it is very tender, you may have to use a spatula]. Add BBQ sauce to the broth and cook it down until thick.
Put the chicken (or ribs) on a greased or nonstick cookie sheet. Pour the BBQ broth over the chicken (or ribs) and place under a hot broiler until the BBQ sticks to the meat and starts to darken. Turn the meat over and darken the other size.
This is a foolproof way to make tender, juicy, succulent BBQ chicken or ribs.

Yes you can put BBQ sauce on the chicken so long as you haven't used it to baste the chicken while it was cooking (cross-contamination w/ germs from raw chicken).

For best results heat the BBQ sauce a bit so it doesn't cook down the chicken too fast.

Add the sauce 15-20 minutes before the chicken is cooked

Of course. In fact, if the bbq sauce has a high sugar content, you should wait until the end of cooking/grilling to add it. If your chicken is literally done cooking, you may want to heat the sauce before adding it.

My mom bakes her chicken in the oven. When it is done she pours on the bbq mixture she has made and puts it back in the oven without the lid onthe roasting pan.

This makes it very good without burning your bbq sauce.

try some ginger, garlic, oil, vinegar, paprika and chilli.

Let the chicken sit in this overnight and cook that bad boy until the oil comes to the top.

So you're clever enough to cook a 'chicking' (I assume you mean 'chicken').

Nah, didn't think so. Thicko.

Of course not you fool! First you have to baste the chicken with your penis. THEN you can put on BBQ sauce.
