i just failed my first test and think i will probably fail more, so i'm wondering.

it varies state to state. some states allow 2 tests per 30 days, if you fail the first test and second you must wait 30 days from the first to retest.

I knew some one that failed 4 times. He had to pay each time so it very expensive too. The DMV won't let you just keep taking the test over and over, they might send you back for more training.

i know in this state PA if ya fail 3 times in 6 months ya have to start all over again like ya gettn ya permit.Ur permit is good for 1 year and ya have 2 wait 6 months b4 ya can take ya skills test.

In Germany you can only do it three times. Wahnsinn!

I think its 3 in CA. but I don't think they enforce it,they'll let anyone drive here,Yikes!!!
