A verse in the Koran says , " Above it are nineteen" (74:30 ). When looking it in the context of the surrounding text it is clear to many that the Qur'an is describing the scene of hell and some scholars have been linking it to be reference to 19 guardians over hell.

For some reason some scholars were mystified by this number 19; and they looked for more places in the Qur'an that had that number. It seemed to appear in the key places in the Qur'an like the word Bismillah ( In the name of Allah ) in Arabic contains 19 letters. That word is written 114 times in that Qur'an and the number 114 is a multiple of 19.

However, only the original Arabic version would be valid for a correct count, because a translation is not word for word.

Other serious scholars do not take this seriously and they feel they are inaccurate and irrelevant to proving the message of Qur'an
