Generaly I think they are buttons for garage door openers. Look in the manual it should tell you. there should some way to program them to open your garage. i think you might have to hold the button in the car and open the garage from the button in your house. i am not sure if that is exactly how to do it but you can try. But your manual will definetly have it in there.

they are for your garage door opener you program it to open your garage door
