Who says God would have no desires or wantings, love or hate..Do you think that being perfect might explain (Him|or Her) not buying a lottery ticket..Oh..hey..he has the universe maybe he didn't want one. How do you figure Love is NON perfect. Have you ever really tried to love. It isn't easy. I also find it funny that man blames Gods actions on things that are mans fault. like war and famine. You can't explain God through any thing human. If you can understand it ..it isn't God.

You are wrong. Man was created in the image of God; in other words, He can love, want, desire, hate, etc. He created man, so He understands how the mind and emotions work more than you do. He has given man the right to their own free agency, to choose to do as they please, even though He has set up the rules that He would like us to follow. You can choose to follow the rules or make up your own. You have choices and that is how He wants it. He won't force you to do things His way. As far as wishing that you won the lottery or having a desire to be rich, have fame, etc.; you can pray for whatever you wish to pray for and hope and want with all your might. You don't always get what you want. Sometimes the answer to prayer is "no!" It is as simple as that. I trust God and understand Him so I don't worry about the things that you are worried about.

Very good question. My answer is a question itself: how else do you propose we describe that which is out of our realm of direct understanding?
As humans, we are confined by space and time and the human experience; God is not. How can you explain "red" to a blind person? Not the perfect analogy by any means, but it helps illustrate my point.
Humanity, regardless of religion, explains God with the only tools it has, and that includes emotions, motives, desires, etc.

he is that and more. He has powers which we could never inhabite. He desires with just thoughts of those that somtimes we cannot even open our minds to. He loves beyond and feeling we can inhabite weather it's the love for our child or just for our lifetime partner. He loves without limits and therefore in situations of doubt people pray to him and ask him for help instead of their humanly parents. We are in his image of what perfection is. Not just us, but animals, plants, and things beyond this earth which we have not seen. He is the almighty father.
So think of him as a parent without limits.
He forgives and he loves, but he also can give people consequences for their actions.
He is our almight parent, father, and creator.
Is that good enough for you?

what makes you think, in your arrogance, that you know anything about what an "almighty entity" desires???
do you think the one that created you is not greater than you?
just b/c you think what you think, doesn't make it so.
one day you will see what earthly existance has been about.

That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Who are you to declare that emotions are a sign of imperfection? And why would you say that?
Human emotions = misleading.
God emotions = leading.
