If I could eat this kind of stuff and not have to worry about anything, I'd throw the granola that I normally snack on in the trash! Sometimes though, my daughter and I have every good intention of making cookies, but only like 1/4 of the dough actually makes it into the oven! LOL..

Chinese take away, although, cooked at home it isn't really junk but take away just a couple of times a year, it doesn't matter..
BTW lithium, cereals aren't junk, they are good food at least most are healthy *s*

if we re talking proper junk (as opposed to the relatively virtuous pizza etc) itd be a gyros kebab, with loads of pickled/raw cabbage, onions and garlic sauce, with pommes mit mayo...like you only get in germany (they have THE best flavoured salt that goes on the chips )
