i remove Accessories and Utilities by a mistake how im gonna get it back

If you just did it, it should be in the recycle bin. Just go there and reload it. It is already gone, restore your computer to an earlier date. Hope this helps.

Start> Settings > Control Panel> Add or Remove Programs.
On the left side is Add/Remove windows Components
Click it
Check Accessories and Utilities
You may need the disk to do this.

You can put your windows reinstall back in and just install the accesseries and utilities. You can restore back to an earlier date too.

restore your system &Since you have removed Accessories so do the following :
Right click ( My computer )on the disktop
Click properties and select system Restore.
