Do VELCRO ROLLERS work? HOW DO I USE THEM?

my hair is an inch below my shoulders it has layers with the shortest layer being middle and the cheek (on my face) and when dried naturally my hair is flat, frizzy, and curly i want to have soft curls, waves that are smooth.
do velcro rollers work how do i use them and do they leave the hair soft and VOLUMOUS

Yes, velcro rollers work. The only drawback is time. I use them while my hair is slightly damp & allow them to air dry for about 3 hours or so. You can also use a blow dryer to speed up the process. I suggest using a light setting & a diffuser to avoid causing smaller hairs to come up.
