Just do it, After you get into the routine of exercising in the mornings it will become habit. But you have to start. There is not good way to motivate yourself other then telling yourself that you will reap the benefits as time goes on.
Just get up in the morning an say to yourself if I workout 30 minutes this morning, I will feel better about myself. And you will, Will power is the hardest thing for some. But remember, If you get started you will only be helping yourself to a better life.
My best wishes.

Well, you could get a work out buddy. The theory is that you won't want to let each other down so you'll motivate each other to get up out of bed and to the gym (or whatever) every morning. Thing is that you need to pick someone who'll stay motivated or be tough on you when you need it. If you pick someone who will let you off the hook all the time then it defeats the purpose.

In the end though, the best motivation is yourself. If you don't like the way that you look and feel then you will take the necessary steps to improve yourself. Maybe buy a dress or a pair of jeans that you LOVE in the size that you want to be and every week try it on. Plan a party or something that you can look forward to where you'll wear the outfit as soon as you are able to fit into it. As you start to lose the weight and you get closer and closer to fitting into the outfit then you will be more motivated to get to work to take off the pounds! And hopefully once you get to your goal weight you will want to stay there so you will continue to workout and eat right. Good luck!

Discipline is like a muscle. The more you use it the stronger it gets. I have a saying taped to my eliptical machine that says, "If you don't take care of your body where else are you going to live?" That really keeps me on track. I also think about how fortunate I am to be healthy and I show my gratitude by taking care of myself. I think during exercise how lots of people would love to feel so fit and healthy as I do. Which reminds me, if you could get the benefits from exercise from taking a pill, the line for it would be many miles long!

get naked and have a look in the mirror every morning. If you're heavy this should do it for you. It did for me. I just got sick and tired of being sick and tired. If you're finding it hard to stick with your exercise program maybe it's not the right plan for you. You have to find something you actually like to do. Jogging or whatever may not be your thing. Step aerobics might be it or pilates, Try as many things as you can and find one you enjoy. As long as you're sweating for those 30 to 40 minutes everyday. If losing weight were easy..we'd all be thin right? Good luck

Exploring and understanding what do you want to achieve and why.

If you really believe in what you want to achieve then that should be motivation enough... some times you will need to push yourself a bit.

If not then you no matter how many words of advice you receive will help to motivate you.

Best of luck

You could just stay in bed and have some hot sex. They found that it's a good aerobic exercise.
