I am not Hindu, Namaste is not appropriate.

Each day I give up something to attain something else. I give up my time, to go to my job. I give up some of my time to pray and read my Bible. I give up my money to provide for my family. All of these sacrifices are sacrifices of love, so in reality I have given up nothing, but have received everything.

I do not want to attain anything. Just ask my ex. - material processions hold no interest. So I never worked 2-3 jobs. I never cut out items to reach as goal incentives, ya know, as A types do and tape them on the refrigerator. (watches, cars, etc.)
I could give up my addiction to inactivity, and misuse of time. But then I wouldn't be here in R&S as much.
