What exactly is she doing? If she's harassing or threatening, report it to the police.
Or maybe suggest she walk her cat on a leash.
Check with the local police/animal control to see what the regulations/laws are in your area about cats that roam off leash, and if she's violating any of these laws, report it to the police and let them handle it.

Cats are wild they can go poop any where they want to and you can't do any thing about it . It is not agents the law for cats to do as they do. Get a dog if you want the cat's out of your yard. Best of Luck....

It's absolutely not OK because her cat could have parasites that your children could get. Hookworms and roundworms are both zoonotic parasites. You can Google them if you want.

I'm not sure what the law is where you live, but as far as I know, within most cities, within the city limits, pets must be confined either inside the house, inside a fence or with a leash and can't be allowed to roam. If this is the case, tell her you will have no choice but to call animal control. This is in USA also, not sure if you're in the US or not.

how bad could this be my kids roam all over the neighborhood never had one complaint regarding poop.maybe a fenced yard or build an outdoor enclosure for peace in the neighborhood.that way the cat can be outside but contained in her yard.and it shows you care about her concerns too.consider getting cat repellent sprays to deture her cat from your yard some do work

Ignore her. Birds poop wherever they want; you can't control that. Cats love to roam and if they aren't able, they will talk and talk and argue until you can't wait to throw them out for a bit. Y'all all have to loosen up a bit. The world has bigger problems than this.
