there are a lot of things that could cause weight loss without effort. have you changed your eating habits recently without really noticing? or have you started doing something new? like a job, or dating someone? if something makes you nervous a lot you can lose it. it could be water weight or changes in hormones(especially if you're young,) that's caused it. if it's a lot of weight it could be an indication of a medical problem. there are a lot of various conditions(some serious, some not,) that have unexplained weight loss as a symptom. if you're losing the weight drastically and feeling tired/sick along with it, something is probably going on, so definitely see your doctor soon so they can find out. if it's minor weight loss and you feel fine otherwise, you could schedule a check up and tell your doctor so he/she can keep an eye on it.
