Which pair would you pick, and why? I'm thinking Peterson is a must-start vs KC. So it's coming down to a choice between Portis and Jordan...
Lamont Jordan- OAK (vs Cleveland Bowns)
Clinton Portis-WAS (vs NY Giants)
Adrian Peterson-MIN (vs KC Chiefs)

Joe K, is case you didn't know- Peterson is 2nd in the NFC for total yards from scrimmage (behind only Brian Westbrook)
He's also the most most talented back of these 3, but still he IS a rookie...

Tough one, but for this week I like Peterson and Jordan in that order. I don't feel that Portis is a bad choice either though.

Jordan is expected to play so have him #1. I would then go Portis because he is going against the Giants. You can start Peterson over Portis but Taylor should be back for the Vikings so Peterson will have to share running the ball.

Why is Peterson a must start? I would start Portis(wash looks good against a crap ny def, and gibbs loves to run), and L.Jordan( he is doing better than any back in the nfl. Make sure his back isn't hurting). I would start Peterson only if Jordans back keeps him out.
