first, you need to have a valid plan. no fad diets, not skipping meals. you will need to exercise about 6 days a week and this will include both cardio and weight training. there are no short cuts.
food and exercise go hand in hand. think of a lighter (i did not come up with this analogy but i think it works well). a lighter needs two things to work. fuel and spark. you can have a great spark but without the fuel to start the flame, it will not work. and you can have a full lighter, without that spark, it will not light. you can exercise but if you don't eat well, you will not be able to get in shape. and you can eat better but without burning calories, you will not loose weight.
a couple of quick facts:
1- Cardio Burns more calories than Weight training but the effect stops as soon as you stop the exercise.
2- Muscle burns calories at all times. so if you do weight training, your new muscles will continue to burn calories even after you stopped working out.
although what you want to do is possible, it will require dedication. i think one of the best plans is one called "Body for Life". you can buy the book at most book stores. it is simple to follow, give you exercises to do, how to do them and when and it gives you a "free" day. on that day you can eat what ever you want. if you want to really take advantage of the weight loss, then take it easy on you free days. good luck

That's an awful lot of weight!
You could try eating a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, steaming them when you cook them. And drink a lot of water to help control your hunger and insure that what you lose is in fact fat, not water. Try eating a lot of whole grains too, and don't neglect protein.
For exercise, walking is a very good start. And it requires only a good pair of shoes.
Since you have such a big goal for yourself, you may want to join a gym or some other exercise class with an instructor. That way you won't be all alone.
Good luck!

Cutting out junk food and processed foods for one. No fast food and try to keep the sodas at a minimum. Fresh healthy vegetables, meats and fruits are best. Eat protein with every meal along with vegetables and fruits. Try to eat whole wheat and whole grain breads, crackers and pasta. Eat at least 1200 calories a day and exercise at least 3-4 times a week. Good Luck..............

i will indicate Weight Watchers. I misplaced a hundred kilos on it. for this reason: a million. you're youthful and arranged, so which you are able to be a action picture star member of WW. 2. You get on the WW factors plan - counting what you consume and how lots you exercising - and those are the only stats you will want, so which you would be able to shop it straight forward. 3. As you will study at WW: bypass to the conferences and WRITE DOWN what you consume. WW is hassle-free, relatively: consume precise, consume in proper quantities, and exercising. stable success!
