I have been working out everyday since I was 14. Due to time constraints, I have been working out everyother day now. With my new job, I probably will not have time to workout at all.

make time to work out. even if its not at a gym. get up early every morning and take a brisk 30 min walk. even better if u have a dog. but working out 3 times a week at a gym for an hour or so is good too.

I would not suggest that you just quit, this will certainly affect you body in a negative way. Take a little time in the mornings and do 30 minutes at home before you shower and then 30 minutes in the evening. So this 3 days a week. You don't need the expensive gym to exercise, but it is nice. You can do enough walking, tread climber, sit ups, squats and so on to keep in good shape with out sacrificing what you have worked so hard to get.
Good Luck

If you stop exercising, you will develop health problems. Don't sacrifice your health for anything. Either wake up earlier and buy a machine to use when you wake up in the morning, or run in the evening, however you might be tired after work. I recomm. morning cardio 45-60 min. a day & weights after work. My friend was in your situation, exercised daily, stopped b/c of work, and developed a chronic disease that dramatically decreases his productivity, quality of life (on antidepressants), and most likely length of life b/c of the other meds he must take for the rest of his life. Make time or be sick later, your choice.

If you don't have time, you don't have time. If there's no way to wiggle your schedule around or even nothing you can drop, you'll just have to find a way to get some exercise without the gym.

Good luck!
