I agree with the above answer. You should restructure your resume so that your strengths are listed first, then the fluff at the bottom.

It is not organized in a format fitting an engineer.

Education - with GPA (not relative assignments)

Experience: Not volunteer

Publications: (were you published) or Awards - only those relative to your scholarships, curriculum.

It's to wordy, there is some bad English in it, primarily in structure, and not specific to a particular job. A resume' should be presented for a particular job that you want, not a compendium of what you know, and have experienced.
I would advise you to go to your library and get a book on how to write a winning resume' based on getting a particular job. Your skills in leadership are of little interest at this point because you are an unknown. What do you know that is of interest to the job that you want. As it is, it's a candidate for the round file.
