Kosovo still belongs to the Serbian Nation while Albania would be very happy to widen its borders. NATO is going to stay there for a long time, I hope.

Right now? Yes, most definitely. Kosovo is landlocked, meaning the soldiers stationed there now would ultimately be destroyed due to superior Serbian envelopment, but they could not indefinitely kick the United Nations out. A multi-national force would respond just like we did in '94 and it would probably lead to an ultimate Serbian defeat.

Yes it can probably do that but then again that would be as smart as bungee jumping without measuring the cord. Have you ever gone to a bank and saw the bank tellers counting mounds of cash? It looks good doesn't it? You can easily obtain it just by writing a threatening letter, but now you have crossed the line and best believe there is going to be consequences and reprecautions and that entails harsh punishment with prison time, that thought alone is a great deterrent for almost all normal people.
You see the KLA kept their word and disarmed, and they were the only protectors of the Kosovar people, NATO has a responsibity now to protect the Kosovar people.
Lets look at the worst case scenario. Serbia goes and with brute force kicks out the peace keepers. Which will not happen because Serbia would be served with an ultimatum similar to Iraq when they invaded Kuwait. Lets just say things got this far. No matter how liberal and reformed the Serbs attempt to present themselves with promises of full rights their is still going to be a resistance of some sort because these promises have never worked in the past ( I'm not sure if Serbs have a habit of making empty promises, or the fault lays with us Albanians whom never believed) them prompting more crack downs and the innocent get caught in the crossfire and fingers start to get pointed by both sides and we are back to where we started 10 years ago. More destruction, more losses, more sufferings, more deaths, and so on. A lot of people(Serbs) may disagree with my thoughts but we all can agree on one thing no one wants war because just like that situation in the bank the cost is to much. Serbia needs to leave the Kosovo decision on the hands of the people that reside there and the smart thing to do is respect their wishes. These are just my thoughts.

Yes, but that would basically end the Serbian nation as we know it. Add in NATO, which is the peacekeeping force in Kosovo and it would be a disaster.

Actually no UN soldier has been killed since they occupied the area. Apparently these past 10 years or so, the UN troops have been respected. So there is no indication that this is anything but a very remote possibility. No insurgency, no car bombs, no snipers, etc.

Not unless they want an all out war with NATO, and I mean ALL-OUT not like the last one where NATO had its hands tied.
We all should remember it was SERBIA who caused WW1 and were the willing Allies to the NAZI's in WW2.
Most of the trouble in the Balkans over the last two thousand years can be traced back to Serbia.

Only if they had the capability to defeat NATO as a whole. They MIGHT succeed in overrunning current KFOR forces on the ground, but the NATO response would be severe.

Probably if the peacekeeping (NATO troops) forces did not receive any reinforcements or air support if they required them The chances of them attacking or if they did, no air support or reinforcements being provided are both extremely low.

No. There is a a reason we have a multi national force there. A reason the Serbians left with their tail between their legs. The Serbians weren't a match for KFOR then they wouldn't be now.

Of course.
For mister Nic-The reason why Serbs pulled out of Kosovo was because NATO cowards kept bombing civilians, they wouldn't get down and fight like men.If they dared to come it would be a second Vietnam...
