Lost for Words is another.
So I ask my enemies, can we wipe the slate clean
and they ask me to please go fudge myself
you know you just can't win

All of these are such good answers, I might have to put this up for a vote. What do you think?

On the Turning Away would be my first choice too (and David Gilmour's voice was just perfect...) but second would be Coming Back to Life.
Moving on can be pretty inspirational.

TIME!
Ticking away the moments that make up the dull day

You fritter and waste the hours in an off hand way

Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town

Waiting for someone or something to show you the way

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain

You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today

And then one day you find that ten years have got behind you

No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And you run and run to catch up with the sun, but it's sinking

And racing around to come up behind you again

The sun is the same in a relative way, but you're older

Shorter of breath and one day closer to death

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Every year is getting shorter, never seem to find the time

Plans that either come to naught or a half page of scribbled lines

Hanging on in a quiet desperation is the English way

The time is gone the song is over, thought i'd something more to say

I'm gonna have to go with "Time."

"The sun is the same in the relative way, but you’re older
Shorter of breath and one day closer to death."

... and so forth.
On second thought, maybe it's the most depressing.
