Definitely, icing your cheeks for the first 3 days, (at minimum) after the surgery. I had 4 wisdom teeth taken out 2 months ago at age 25, so I know how it feels.
Make sure you don't spit, smoke, or suck through a straw for the few 3-5 days, to be safe. You don't want to develop dry socket! Luckily, I didn't, because I followed the oral surgeon's directions carefully. Good-luck!

I will say a glass of water with 1 teaspoon of salt DON'T DRINK IT, just put it in ur wisdom teeth for few seconds few times a day will work. Good Luck!!!!

definitely put ice packs on your cheeks... maybe try eating some soft ice cream or milkshakes. And try to keep the "holes" clean.
