everytime i try to think nothing comes to my head i feel like an idiot anyone kno whats wrong with me?

lol no im not blonde and i dont try to think too hard i just want my brain to work so i can get ideas to certain things. i dont spend hours and hours trying to think -.-

You might be stressed, try talking out some of whats bothering you with a friend, co-worker etc.. Good Luck

Sounds like you need to try and relax and stop concentrating. What are you trying to thin kabou? Are you trying to work something out? Just take a few steps back from whatever it is and relax for a minute. Stop worrying about not being able to think. I get like that when I'm really stressed...can't think of a certain word, or trying to solve an issue at work and just can't come up a an answer...tension, stress, anxiety and worring can all cause you to feel like your brain just won't work. I find that just getting off alone somewhere with a book or a some music and just doing nothing for awhile really helps.
If this is a persistant problem then you need to talk to your Dr about it. You could be suffering from depression or a stress related disorder. Hopefully that's not the case.

Your freezing up. Stop trying. Let your contributions to the discussion come to you in the flow of the discussion and listen intently to what is being said. Listening is more important than talking. Not enough people realize that. When you stop trying to do something you allow room for spontaneous eruptions. Then you can rock the house!
