Trust me, your cat farts. If it doesn't you'll know cause it'll start getting sick. Gas has to be released. You just don't hear or smell it usually. And if you ever do end up smelling it, trust me you'll wish you hadn't. haha. My cat is usually pretty silent but once in a while if she's sitting down on the tile, it'll make a little noise and she turns around and looks where her butt was like WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!!! Who knows, maybe she thought it was the tiles fault.

When my cats fart, it's time to leave the room... It's the grossest thing you ever did smell, try borrowing the neighbours dog and give pooch some cat food... Then sit back and wait for the stench to take your breath away!
Belive, you don't wanna smell the gassious contents of your cats ar*e!

Trust me... your cat breaks wind. He is probably just too polite to do it in front of you. When the cat breaks wind in the same room as you, you'll know it.

S/He probably does, you just don't realize it, pretty much everything farts, it's just away of getting rid of gases from food being digested and stuff. My cat cuts the cheese once and while, it's just hard to catch her, not that I want to...

it's true- all animals "break wind" but you're probably just not the to experience the aftermath (horrible stench)- which may not be a bad thing

LOL! Lucky you!
I have one that does so rarely - so we politely ignore it when she does - and one that eats lots of vegetables - she farts FAR more often - and it is HORRIBLE!!!!
Just think yourself lucky - but I think it is a condition that gets worse with age (the same with humans!) so you may have something to look forward to!
