it is intergrated so i cant just swich off

You CAN just switch it off!!
Keep the fridge door shut, empty the freezer and keep the freezer door open. It will take about 8-10 hours to defrost completely. If you don't keep opening the fridge door during that time, the food will keep cold.
We defrost our freezer this way on a regular basis. Never had any problems.

look in the right hand drawer on the work unit I saw it there a couple of weeks ago. if you cannot find it just turn the freezer off for a few hours now that was not rocket science was it

try spelling your manuel like.... manual and you might have more luck
